Dr. Daniel E. Haupt is a higher education leader, life coach, author of over 12 books, and the creator of the globally recognized SHAPED for Your Destiny™ framework — a conviction-driven roadmap that moves people from potential to purpose.
With over a decade of experience in higher education research, institutional effectiveness, and equity-centered leadership, Dr. Haupt holds an Ed.D. in Organizational Leadership from Nova Southeastern University, where his dissertation examined the persistence of first-generation college students through the lens of Chickering's Seven Vectors and Tinto's Departure Theory. He also holds an MBA in Corporate Training & Project Management and a BS in Organizational Behavior from Colorado Christian University.
